US models
Claude (Anthropic) · ChatGPT / Codex (OpenAI)
Today's most capable models. Prompts go to the US provider, under your own business agreement.
A secure, closed-off environment on your own server in the Netherlands, where AI agents do real work. Connect Claude or ChatGPT, a European model like Mistral, or a model on your own hardware. We set it up and keep it running.

Your workspace, files, passwords and results stay on your own server in our Dutch data centre. You decide which AI model does the thinking, and so where your prompts go.

Claude via Amazon Bedrock
LLMBase · Infercom · Mistral
Prompts are processed in data centres in the EU. That includes Claude, through Amazon Bedrock with your own AWS account.
On a Mac or server you own, for example in your office
Prompts stay between your workspace and your own hardware.
Mix them per task: a routine job on Claude, a sensitive one on your own model. No mark-up: you pay your AI provider directly.
Connected through Claude Code, OpenAI Codex or OpenCode. Which models can be connected depends on the provider; we cannot guarantee specific models. One desk, one AI login: a subscription (also a seat in Claude Team or ChatGPT Business) is for one person, so for a desk used by several people we recommend an API key of your organisation.
A chat app gives you text to copy and paste. In Tirmel, an AI agent does the job itself.
In the browser, the desktop app or on your phone. No prompts to learn.
It opens files and mail, logs in with a password from the vault and checks its own work. You can follow every step.
A report behind a link, an updated spreadsheet, a draft e-mail.
Save it as a skill. Next time anyone in your team asks for it in one sentence.
Ten short examples with Anne, who runs a small hotel, each under a minute with sound. They show how it works, not where it stops: anything your team does on websites, in documents or by e-mail can be handed over the same way.

Your environment is yours alone, run by a team that has managed business IT for more than twenty years.
Data processing agreement included. Read our DPA
Colleagues work in the same environment at the same time. What one of them sets up, everyone can use.
Explain once how your company does something. Every colleague can then ask for it.
The team's logins in one place. Agents use them without showing them.
Reports and dashboards get a private link for colleagues, your board or a customer.
Our engineers install, update and secure your server. You just use it.
Everything in one plan. Pay monthly, or pay yearly and get two months free.
One private AI workspace for your whole team, with one desk included.
A separate workspace next to your team's, for example a private one or one per department. Not needed for extra people.
Excl. VAT. Dutch customers pay 21% VAT. EU businesses outside the Netherlands: VAT reverse-charged. Businesses outside the EU: no Dutch VAT.
Order with this configurationNo mark-up from us. Use your organisation's API key from your AI provider, or run your own model and you need no AI subscription at all. A subscription (also a seat in Claude Team or ChatGPT Business) is for one person: use it only in a desk that nobody else works in.
Which models can be connected depends on your provider; we cannot guarantee specific models.

In principle any model, as long as its provider allows it. US models such as Claude (with Claude Code) and ChatGPT / Codex from OpenAI; Claude through Amazon Bedrock in an EU region, with your own AWS account, so your prompts are processed in Amazon's data centres in the EU; EU-hosted providers such as LLMBase, Infercom and Mistral; or a model you run yourself, for example on a Mac or server in your office, through OpenCode and an OpenAI-compatible endpoint. The models and accounts you connect are yours, not ours, so we cannot guarantee that a particular model or subscription can be connected or keeps working. Providers can change their rules at any time.
Some personal subscriptions (such as Claude Pro or Max) may only be used by one person or in certain ways. If a provider does not allow its subscription in our environment, you connect an API key of your organisation instead. See our terms.
Your environment runs on a server dedicated to your organisation in our data centre in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. We only look at its content when you ask us for support, for security or when the law requires it. What your agents send to an AI model goes to the provider you chose, under your own agreement with them.
No. We use your environment only to provide the service to you, as set out in our terms and data processing agreement. For your AI provider, their own terms apply; we recommend a business plan or an API key.
No. A chat app gives you text to copy and paste. Tirmel is a computer of your own where the AI agent actually does the work: it opens files, uses your systems with passwords from the vault, runs scripts and delivers a finished result, like a report behind a link or an updated spreadsheet. You follow every step and decide what happens.
Yes. An environment is made for a team: colleagues work in it at the same time, share tasks, skills and results, and we do not charge per user. One desk, one AI login: everyone who works in a desk uses the same Claude or ChatGPT account. A subscription (Claude Pro or Max, ChatGPT Plus or Pro, and also a seat in Claude Team or ChatGPT Business) is for one person and may not be shared. Will more people work in the desk? Then use an API key of your organisation, or give everyone a desk of their own.
A desk is a workspace, not a user. Your whole team can share the one that is included. Add an extra desk only when work must stay apart: a private workspace for yourself, or one per department or client. You decide what you share between them.
Example: five colleagues who work together need one environment (€150 per month). Add a private workspace for the director and it is €185 per month.
No. We keep Tirmel running as well as we can and improve it all the time, but we do not offer an uptime guarantee or an SLA. An update can occasionally restart your environment.
Yes. A monthly plan can be cancelled any time and stops at the end of the month you have paid for. A yearly plan renews every year; we remind you 30 days before. When you leave, we keep your data for 60 days so you can ask us for an export.
Tirmel is a name we made up, but it carries two old sounds: tir, land or ground (Welsh tir, Irish tír), and mel, honey (Latin mel, Welsh mêl). We read it as land of honey: a place of your own where something good grows.
That land of your own is your shielded workplace: your data stays on your own ground, within the borders you set. There, your team and AI agents work together like bees in a hive, each with a task of its own. The honey is what you make together: quotes, analyses, answers, reports.
You say it TEER-mel, with the stress on the first syllable: tir as in tiramisu, mel as in melody. In Dutch it is TIR-mel.
Questions about ordering and billing are answered on the pricing page. Something else? Ask us a question.
€150/month for your whole team, cancel any time. Order today, start today: your desk is usually ready within the hour. Need a hand? We help you set up your first skills and agents.
